To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Genie AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Services and cancel your account at any time.
