Questions

Is it free?

Creating, saving and downloading invoices are free. Optional AI Polish, which rewrites your notes or payment terms, uses 1 shared AI credit each time.

Does it email the invoice to my customer?

No. You download the PDF and send it yourself. Marking an invoice as “sent” is only a label for your records.

Does it collect payments?

No. Marking an invoice “paid” only updates your records — no money is collected or processed.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. The logo and business details from your brand kit are used on your invoices.

What if my invoice is long?

Line items continue onto extra pages with the table headings repeated, so nothing is squeezed or cut off.
